Regular Clean is a routine cleaning service designed to maintain your home’s basic cleanliness. It’s perfect for homes that are generally well-kept and just need a light refresh to stay comfortable and tidy.

 Included in Regular Clean:

  • Sweeping and mopping floors, Wiping down kitchen surfaces and countertops, Cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower), Polishing mirrors and glass, Emptying trash bins, Tidying up common areas like living rooms and bedrooms

Not Included:

  • Deep cleaning tasks, Inside oven, fridge, or cabinets, Heavy stain removal or extremely dirty areas

This service is ideal for those who want a consistently clean home without the hassle. Available weekly, biweekly, or monthly, just choose what fits your lifestyle.

Yes! We stand by our work with a 24-Hour Clean Warranty. If you're not satisfied with the results:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your time-stamped service email.

  • Reach out via email at info@shineness.com or call (888) 802-0420.

  • We’ll schedule a re-cleaning within 2 days of your original appointment.

Your peace of mind is our priority.

To ensure smooth service:

  • Please make sure your home is accessible at the scheduled time.

  • If our team is unable to enter for any reason (e.g., locked doors, no key/code), a $100 Lockout Fee will apply.

We recommend double-checking access instructions before your appointment.

We understand that payment issues can happen, and we’re here to help resolve them quickly. However, to keep things fair and consistent:

  • If your credit card is declined, we’ll reach out to request an alternate payment method.

  • If your account remains unpaid more than 3 days past the due date, it will be considered late.

  • Late payments are subject to a 10.5% monthly finance charge.

To avoid fees, we recommend keeping your card details up to date and reaching out promptly if you experience any issues.

Our team follows a set time allocation based on homes with light to moderate soiling. If your home requires extra effort due to heavy buildup, this may fall outside the original scope of service. In such cases:

  • We’ll inform you before proceeding.

  • An additional fee will apply to cover the extra time and labor.
