What happens if my payment is late?
We understand that payment issues can happen, and we’re here to help resolve them quickly. However, to keep things fair and consistent:
If your credit card is declined, we’ll reach out to request an alternate payment method.
If your account remains unpaid more than 3 days past the due date, it will be considered late.
Late payments are subject to a 10.5% monthly finance charge.
