By contracting our service, you agree to the following:

24-Hour Clean Warranty

Did we miss a spot? Our services have a 24-Hour Warranty! If we don’t clean something to your satisfaction, contact us within 24-hours of your service and we will return to clean any unsatisfactory areas. If we are closed, you can leave a time-stamped message at (888) 802-0420 or info@shinenos.com and your 24-Hour Warranty will be honored. Please note that a “re-do” service must be scheduled to occur within 2-days of your initial service.

Our Lockout Policy

Please leave a key or provide us with access to your home for all scheduled appointments. If we are unable to enter your home for any reason, a $100 Lockout Fee will be assessed.

Late Fees

If your credit card declines, we will reach out for a different form of payment. Accounts not paid within 3 days of the date of the service are considered late and are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Move In & Move Out Cleaning Service Policy

Items that are left behind by a client will NOT be discarded by the maid team. If you want us to remove items from the premises, we charge an additional fee for removing personal property. If we cannot reach a client to discuss removal, we will try to place items in one general area so the rental unit looks tidy. We do not move oversized or heavy items. Hourly Clients and Approval for Additional Time

We will call the phone number(s) on file if we believe your home will take longer to complete. If we are unable to reach you, we will update you via email. If we do not hear back before your allotted time expires, the maid team will stop work and move on to their next assignment. You may schedule additional service as needed.

Please note that we will not warranty our maid service if you do not provide approval for the necessary cleaning time.

Damage Exclusions & Exceptions

All items of value that are non-replaceable, one-of-a-kind, sentimental, collector items, discontinued patterns, family heirlooms, and high-cost crystal/china/ceramic items must be disclosed to SHINENOS LLC. These items cannot be cleaned due to insurance regulations.

SHINENOS LLC. will not be liable for items broken or damaged due to normal wear-and-tear, or for damage caused by fixtures that are not properly secured such as pictures, mirrors, window treatments, wall coverings, lack of furniture glides for wood floors, lack of scratch covers, cabinet-mounted appliances, and household accessories.

SHINENOS LLC. will not be liable for scratches or stains on surfaces, and will not accept liability for damage not reported within 24 hours of your last cleaning. We are also not liable for damages caused by non-standard products requested by the client.

SHINENOS LLC. will only consider liability for the repair or replacement cost of the individual item damaged.

Extra Work Needed

Our team members adhere to designated time allocations for residences with light soilage. If a property requires additional effort, we will promptly communicate the extra work required. An additional fee will apply for the extra work.

Our Cancellation Policy

We require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Because we reserve time especially for you, please make schedule changes at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $100 late cancellation fee.

When is my credit card charged?

Effective February 1, 2024, all first-time cleanings require a 50% deposit by credit card to secure your appointment. We keep your card on file and charge the remaining balance upon completion of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service

We may deny or terminate service due to safety concerns, inappropriate situations, weapons or drugs on premises, severe clutter, hoarding, or disconnected utilities.

Our employees may leave if they find unsanitary conditions or feel unsafe. If a booked cleaning is unreasonable, cleaners may refuse service and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

Hourly Quotes / Estimates / Jobs and What to Expect

We will endeavor to complete all cleaning tasks within the estimated time. However, factors beyond our control may require approval for additional time at the agreed hourly rate.

Time estimates are guidelines and may vary depending on the size and condition of the home, number of occupants and pets, availability of utilities, and whether the home is furnished or empty.

For what reasons might my Cleaning Warranty become invalidated?

Your cleaning warranty becomes invalid if:

  • You do not provide approval for the necessary cleaning time.
  • You do not contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning service.
  • Another service provider is working in the home during our cleaning.
  • A redo service is not scheduled within 2 days of the initial service.
