We combine transparent pricing, flexible scheduling, and professionally trained cleaners with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Unlike many independent cleaners, SHINENOS is fully insured, structured, and quality-controlled – meaning you receive dependable service every time.
We proudly serve homeowners across Minneapolis and surrounding Minnesota communities, including Edina, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Wayzata, Excelsior, and nearby areas.
Our primary focus is residential cleaning services. However, we also offer light commercial cleaning for small offices and professional spaces upon request.

Yes. Every home is different. You can customize your cleaning service by adding extras such as inside fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, window tracks, or special focus areas.

2. Booking & Scheduling

How-To-Book : When booking a cleaning go to our website: shinenos.com/book a and select your zip code. Determinate the size of your home, pick your service from deep clean, move in/out or regular clean. How to determine if your home is “Slightly Dirty, Pretty Dirty or Very Dirty. ”If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned within the last year, you should select “Very Dirty”. If your home has been cleaned within the last 6 months, you should select “Pretty Dirty”. If your home has been professionally cleaned within the last 3 months, you should select ” Slightly Dirty “

Yes. You can easily manage your appointments through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially during busy seasons. However, same-day or next-day availability may be possible depending on scheduling.
No. Many of our clients provide secure entry instructions. Our professional cleaners are background-checked and trustworthy.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment. Our team will arrive on the scheduled date and complete your cleaning according to your selected package.
Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning plans. Recurring services receive priority scheduling and consistent care.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on your home’s size, condition, and the type of cleaning service selected (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out). Add-on services may affect the final price.
We primarily offer flat-rate pricing for predictable, transparent costs. Hourly services are available as well.
No. Our pricing is upfront and transparent. You’ll see your total cost before confirming your booking.
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
Payment is processed on the day of your scheduled cleaning service.
Yes, tips are always appreciated but never required. You may tip in cash or digitally.
We periodically offer first-time customer discounts and seasonal promotions. Check our website for current offers.
Yes. Cleaning service gift cards are available and make a thoughtful gift for special occasions.

4. Our Cleaning Services

A standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitizing, kitchen surface cleaning, trash removal, and general tidying of living areas and bedrooms.
Do’s:
  • Everything included in a regular clean + inside the oven Baseboards
  • Light switches & door handles
  • Detailed dusting
  • Backsplashes and faucet fixtures are polished
  • Light organization of all rooms (for detailed organization select add-on)
  • Extra hour included for high-detail areas
Don’ts:
  • All extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes 4 of the 7 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service. These extras include: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners.

Yes. We provide post-construction cleaning to remove dust, debris, and residue after remodeling projects.
No. Our team brings all necessary professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment.
We use safe, effective products. Eco-friendly options are available upon request.

5. Cleaners and Safety

Yes. All SHINENOS cleaners are background-checked, trained, and fully insured for your peace of mind.

Our cleaners are professionally vetted and trained to maintain consistent service quality.

Yes. You will receive confirmation and reminder notifications before your service.
In the rare event of accidental damage, please notify us immediately. We take customer satisfaction seriously and will work quickly to resolve the issue.
For safety reasons, we cannot clean environments that pose health or safety risks.

6. After the Cleaning

If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a re-clean if necessary.
