What is your 24-hour clan warranty?
We offer a 24-Hour Clean Warranty to ensure your satisfaction.
If something wasn’t cleaned properly, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it — free of charge.
What is your lockout policy?
If we can’t enter your home at the scheduled time, a **\$100 Lockout Fee** will be charged.
Please leave a key or make sure we have access on the day of service.
Do you charge late fees?
Yes. If your credit card is declined, we’ll contact you for another payment method.
Payments made more than 3 days after service are considered late and will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Can SHINENOS refuse or cancel service?
Yes. We may refuse or stop service due to safety concerns, presence of weapons or drugs, extreme clutter, hoarding, or lack of utilities.
Our team can leave if the environment is unsanitary or feels unsafe.
If the cleaning is unreasonable, service may be declined on the spot and a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
When is my credit card charged?
Starting February 1, 2024, all first-time cleanings require a **50% deposit** by credit card to secure your booking.
The remaining balance will be charged to your card after the cleaning is completed.
